Location: Remote within the United States
Compensation: Base salary range of $180,000 to $225,000 per annum, depending on prior experience of the candidate, plus bonus and competitive benefits

The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for leading and operationalizing VolunteerMatch’s core strategy and business priorities.
Responsibilities
VolunteerMatch is looking for an experienced sales, marketing and customer success leader. The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will own the evolution and execution of our customer-centered approach to the market. As a member of the leadership team, the CGO will lead with vision, curiosity and a growth mindset.
